□What is the Admin blog?□
This is a blog where admin writes about himself and his staff team!
Today I will tell you what I, the Owner, usually do and I have one more thing to report.
Let me start by introducing myself.
My name is JinnouchiRyo. I am Japanese and 20 years old.
I have 5 years of experience in e-sports related company management and became an Owner of SyuNet last year.
I usually work in the Japanese gaming industry, managing professional e-sports teams and as a platform manager for a gaming company.
The biggest job I have handled in the past was a world championship for a card game called "Yu-Gi-Oh".
Let's end the job discussion here.
Because I seem to be bragging.
There are a few of you who are wondering what I usually do on SyuuNet.
Today I will tell you about it.
I do three main things.
One is to manage the money-related aspects of the server management.
One is to manage the upper staff team.
One is to help the staff team.
Managing money for servers is difficult.
It is the calculation of running costs, revenues, and income and expenses.
To be honest, SyuuNet is operating at a loss.
It is my job to make up that deficit with sales from other businesses.
However, the business plan is to become profitable in the future.
I am sure we will be able to turn a profit soon.
Management of the upper staff is simple.
This includes facilitating and managing weekly admin and developer meetings and organizing tasks.
As you all have meetings in your teams, admin and developer will have several more meetings, all of which I attend as much as possible to keep track of the staff team and server policies on a weekly basis.
It is important that we have as many opinions as possible at practice meetings to make the server better.
Admins are looking forward to hearing from you every week!
The staff team's assistance is to help you with your usual tasks, such as ban processing and support ticket handling.
I also help when I have time!

Next, let me tell you about my personal life.
I have a hobby of photography.

So, this is a short introduction, but a little bit about who I, Jin_xD, am.
In the next issue, I will touch on my annual income and so on.
Last but not least, I have one thing to report to you all.
I actually have cancer.
I am currently undergoing chemotherapy.
However, I need surgery and will have it next month in August.
Of course I intend to come back alive. The administrative structure and the administrative understudy for SyuuNet are already ready for me while I am in the hospital.
Because I have all of you who are excellent.(SyuuNet Staff Team)
So I will be taking a month off starting around August. That is all I have to report.
